Off The Wall Creative are a highly innovative signage and branding company, based in Belfast, No two days are ever the same!

We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC operator to join our team, manufacturing a wide range of signs in our well-equipped workshop.

Responsibilities will include:

You will be tasked with managing multiple CNC routers and laser cutters- cutting sheet material consisting of mainly acrylics, metal, woods and composites.

REQUIRED:

Previous work experience in a fabrication environment. A sound work history in a fast paced and production driven fabrication, manufacturing company. Experience operating CNC router Planning stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; Maintaining specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Handle materials efficiently, ensuring correct tooling and tooling changes as required Utilise hand tools for minor adjustments or assembly tasks as needed Conduct quality checks on finished components, ensuring adherence to specifications Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety standards Assist with materials handling, loading raw materials, and managing finished goods within the warehouse environment Assist in production work.

Experience:

Candidates must have experience in a similar environment and be able to work unsupervised after initial training is complete.

The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience operating a CNC router. You must be enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude (ensuring we meet client deadlines), a good team player with ability to work independently and as a part of a team, be well organised with excellent time management skills, focused on attention to detail and highly confident.

Experience in Welding, metal fabrication, bonding processes, LED illumination and plastic fabrication methods desirable but not essential.
