As part of our team, you will operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring top-quality results while fostering a collaborative and safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities: CNC EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Operations

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC grinding machines according to production specifications and safety standards. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining. Perform regular equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic preventative maintenance. Maintain precise documentation for production runs and completed parts. Closely collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining challenges. Understand Inspection techniques and CMM Reports Ability to work to targets Able to adhere to Safety Protocols, wearing PPE and ensuring a safe work environment for themselves and others around them. Conduct quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specified standard Handle and move materials, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience operating CNC grinding equipment preferred. Familiarity with the specific type of machinery, CNC, CMM, Multi Axis Grinders, EDM, is an advantage Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workplace challenges. Relevant vocational, technical, or apprenticeship background beneficial. Experience in conducting routine maintenance tasks on machinery is preferred Troubleshooting experience to address minor machine issues.
