O&H Vehicle Conversions is the largest and fastest growing emergency vehicle manufacturer in the UK, specialising in the conversion of Ambulances. Employing over 160 people across our 64,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space in Goole. We are revolutionising our industry and making a real difference to our frontline key workers.

JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Setting and Operating CNC routers/milling machines to optimum efficiency Produce programmes offline with the use of alphacam and vetric programming software. Meet quality standards and targets required Maintain clean and tidy working environment, ensuring that all company standards are met Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Quality checking and fault identification Closure of works-orders on completion of job Achieves production goals set out by other departments and line manager. Work closely with the Machine shop manager to continually improve our internal procedures. Able to competently read and interpret technical engineering drawings The use of measuring equipment to check parts produced prior to assembly process Good time keeping skills

Desired Skills and Personal Qualities

Experienced CNC setter/operator Familiar with CAD/CAM programming software Experience with an Edge Bander Experience in material types, composite and non-ferrous Willingness to work as part of a team and able to work alone. Have a good work ethic and be willing to learn

4 day working week, Monday to Thursday 7:00am till 5:00pm.
