Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - Rock Revelations

Role

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be based in our fabrication factory in Brigstock, working closely with many forms of engineered stone, sintered stone, and granite, ensuring our quality and service levels are met on every order. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our stone fabrication process, operating and maintaining CNC machines to create precise and intricate stone pieces. Responsibilities

Set up and operate the CNC machine to fabricate stone pieces according to design specifications and customer requirements. Load and unload stone pieces onto the CNC machine, ensuring proper alignment and securing the material for accurate cutting and shaping. Review design files and program the CNC machine using computer software, making any necessary adjustments to achieve precise cuts. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC machine to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Perform quality checks during and after the machining process to verify that finished pieces meet the required specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with the design and CAD team to troubleshoot any technical issues improved efficiency. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

About you

Proven experience operating CNC machines, particularly in a stone fabrication or similar manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design files. Strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail Comfortable with manual handling of heavy products Good communicator with a confident, clear, and friendly manner Works well as part of a team. Adhere to health and safety standards.
Due to the rural location of our fabrication factory, providing your own transportation is a must.
