, specialising in sub-contract precision engineering services to the Oil & Gas, Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear and Renewables Sector, are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are seeking motivated professionals to join our existing highly skilled Team.

Role Overview

All work is carried out in a safe manner in compliance with the Company's HSE policy, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures. Setting and operating CNC turning and milling machines in order to produce parts to engineering technical drawings following set operating procedures. Creating and updating setup sheets for new programs while the machine is running. Maintaining machines and ensuring the highest standard of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained in all areas. Ability to inspect 1st offs and work to extremely tight tolerances within CNC cycle times. Proactively drive continuous improvement in process and tooling optimisation, contributing ideas for process improvements within the wider team environment.

Qualifications

Experienced CNC Operator with at least two years in Engineering discipline (or equivalent).
