We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our growing team in Rochester / Strood. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work hands-on with a variety of materials and machinery to help produce exceptional event builds and installations.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our growing team in Rochester / Strood.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work hands-on with a variety of materials and machinery to help produce exceptional event builds and installations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Router and Laser Cutter machinery. Maintain precision and quality control across all machining tasks. Work with materials such as sheet timber, acrylic, Di Bond, and Corian. Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver accurate, efficient results. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in CNC machine operation and maintenance Proficiency in 2D drafting (AutoCAD) Strong machining and milling skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to problem-solve and work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a production or fabrication. Forklift license (desired)
