CNC Operator/Machinist

Location: Workshop at Bicester and in-sites

Hour: 40 hours a week

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We have multiple branches across the UK with our head office based in Bicester. We are looking for someone with positive attitude and is prepared to rise to challenges to join our very busy and motivated team.

Role Overview

We're on the hunt for a

skilled and hands-on CNC Operator / Machinist

to join our growing team of professionals. If you're experienced, motivated, and enjoy a challenge, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

Programming and operating

3-axis CNC machines

Working with

manual lathes and mills

Interpreting

technical drawings

and engineering schematics with precision Taking part in

gearbox rebuilds and mechanical assemblies

Occasionally performing

on-site troubleshooting

and

breakdown support

Collaborating with the team to problem-solve and improve manufacturing processes

What we are looking for:

Proven experience

operating and programming 3-axis CNC machinery

Hands-on ability

with manual milling and turning Confidence reading and working from detailed

technical drawings

A

problem-solving mindset

and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:

Prior involvement in

gearbox rebuilds/assemblies

and mechanical systems Willingness to support

on-site customer work

when required (including fault-finding & repairs)
