Salary: 35360 per year

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00 (40 hours per week)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

CNC Programmer

to join a fast-paced and forward-thinking manufacturing environment. You'll be creating CNC programs using Alphacam software, converting detailed engineering drawings and solid models into production-ready programs, and running first-off checks for accuracy.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and technical expertise are key.

Key Responsibilities

Convert DXF, DWG, STEP, STL & IGES files into CNC programs Translate engineering drawings into accurate production dimensions Produce and check first-off runs on CNC machines Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues Document progress and prepare products for assembly Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times

Skills & Experience Needed

Proficient in

CAD software

and

CNC Routers

Strong knowledge of

Alphacam

(or similar programming software) Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings Confident working with metric measurements Strong problem-solving skills and technical mindset Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach Good time management, reliability, and flexibility to support production needs
