Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce precision components. This role requires a strong understanding of CAD software, tooling, and materials handling, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency.

Duties

Develop and optimise CNC programmes for milling and other machining processes using CAD software. Operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct materials handling and manage tooling efficiently to maintain workflow. Troubleshoot issues with programmable logic controllers and machinery during production runs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Experience

Strong experience as a CNC miller - programming, setting, and operating Proficient in Fanuc controls Experience with (or willingness to learn) OneCNC CAD/CAM Ability to create and interpret Technical Drawings Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team player with a positive attitude Competence in using hand tools and basic tooling knowledge is essential
