About the Role

Our client, a well-established bespoke joinery and manufacturing company in Halesowen, is seeking an experienced

CNC Setter

to join their production team. This is a hands-on role working with both

flatbed CNC machinery (Homag)

.

You will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality, precision-made components are produced to specification, supporting a wide range of bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC flatbed machinery (Homag) Create and modify CNC programs for production Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files Produce accurate draughts and component layouts for manufacturing Ensure projects are delivered to high quality and on schedule Work collaboratively with design, technical, and workshop teams Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Setter Knowledge of CAD software and technical drawing Ability to work from briefs, drawings, and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous experience in joinery, furniture, or exhibition manufacturing
Desirable Skills

Experience with Homag CNC machinery
