CNC Setter/Forger

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Setter/Forger to join our clients dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in hot forging processes, fastener production, and CNC machine operation. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of forged components.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Operate and maintain hot forging presses with precision and efficiency Set up and adjust CNC machines for optimal performance Ensure proper implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) procedures Maintain high productivity levels by maximising machine capacity and efficiency Produce high-quality forged components and fasteners Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards
