Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Setter Operator to join our team at TWG. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.

Sliding Head experience is essential to this role.



Key Responsibilities



Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, or other relevant equipment) Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials Perform quality checks using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.) Adjust machine settings to optimise production and maintain quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues Maintain a clean and safe working environment Complete production documentation as required

About You



Previous experience as a CNC Setter Operator Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and willing to work shifts/overtime as required

Desirable



Experience with Alkart and Esprit CAM System Relevant engineering or manufacturing qualifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
