CNC Lathe Setter/Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Setter/Programmer to join our clients dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting, and programming various CNC turning machinery. This role requires a deep understanding of CNC technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operating, setting, and programming all turning and lathe CNC machinery Working independently to complete tasks efficiently and accurately Proficiently using machinery such as Hardridge, Mazak, and Citizen Operating CNC machines with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Machining parts in diverse materials with tolerances up to 0.010mm / 10 microns Ensuring high-quality output and maintaining production schedules Troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues Performing regular maintenance on CNC equipment Collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimise processes Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
