CNC Turner
An Excellent opportunity has become available for a CNC Turner/ Programmer / Setter / Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture of detailed components to customer's specification.
Requirements:
Operation of a variety of Doosan and Lynx CNC machine tools, Fanuc controls.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Create CNC programs
Read and Interpret CNC programs.
Load, edit and save CNC programs.
Able to select appropriate tooling.
Able to select appropriate cutting conditions.
Inspection and recording of dimensions against tolerances.
Completion of all documentation.
Engage with other Team Members.
Desired Experience:
5 years' experience with CNC lathes and Fanuc Controls
Experience with Lynx Turn/mill
CMM Experience
Accustomed to working in a fast paced, precision engineering environment.
Understand Health and Safety procedures and requirements
Committment:
Maintain good discipline in timekeeping, work performance and conduct.
Maintain high levels of housekeeping in the production area
Available for overtime and weekend work to suit company requirements
Job Type: Full-time/permanent - 4 day week - Mon - Thurs (7.30am - 5.30pm)
Enhanced rates for overtime.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 19.00 per hour
