Joloda Hydraroll is growing fast and we're hiring a CNC Turner to support increased customer demand. This is a permanent day-shift role, paying up to 36,000 with paid overtime, a strong benefits package, and a culture that values your expertise and growth.
About the Role: As a CNC Turner, you'll join a global logistics supplier trusted by Coca-Cola, DHL and Unilever. You'll work in a clean, well-equipped Speke-based facility alongside skilled engineers, where your ideas and craft are truly valued - not just your output.

Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines (lathe) Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings Inspecting components using standard measurement equipment to ISO 9001 standards Solving problems proactively and suggesting process improvements Collaborating with engineers and team leads who lead from the front, not behind glass
What We're Looking For
Experience in CNC turning, ideally with confidence setting machines from scratch Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject (essential) Familiarity with Haas and/or Citizen controls (desirable) A detail-oriented, hands-on engineer who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a team
