Workshop Based: Commutable from Cheddar, Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Bath, Glastonbury, Radstock and Surrounding Areas
Are you a motivated CNC Miller / Turner or similar looking for the rare opportunity to be fully trained into CAD / CAM software and take the next step forward in your career as a technical expert, becoming a supervisor and the main point of contact within the workshop where you will be working alongside a small team of industry experts?

This well-established company are the market leaders in their respective field, working alongside major clients across the UK. They specialise in the repair and sourcing of industrial pumps, motors, gearboxes, and everything in between, due to continued growth and retention, they are now looking for an additional engineer to join the team.
On offer is a Machine Shop Supervisors position where you will be responsible for supervising a team of 4, acting as the technical expert on site, manufacturing and repairing parts using milling and turning machines and working closely alongside the Managers amongst other duties.
This role would suit a CNC Miller / Turner or similar looking for the opportunity to step up and supervise over a workshop with further training into CAD / CAM software's, ensuring you become a technical expert and lead the team from the front.
The Role:
*Supervising a Team of 4 within the workshop

• Manufacturing and repairing parts using milling and turning machines and working closely alongside the Managers

*Full Training into CAD / CAM software
