Exciting Job Opportunity: CNC Turner
Location: Cramlington
Working Hours: Day shifts or rotating day/night shifts

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner with experience in setting up, operating, and preferably programming Fanuc or Mazatrol lathes to produce precise components within a subcontract machining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program CNC turning machines using Mazatrol to produce high-precision parts Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing Design and modify parts utilizing SolidWorks and CAD software Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency and maintain quality standards Use hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and materials handling
Qualifications and Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in CNC turning and programming Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mazatrol software Knowledge of fabrication processes and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience with hand tools, materials handling, and assembly tasks Knowledge of welding techniques and tooling is a plus
