CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist - Join a Leading Aerospace Manufacturer

We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist to take the lead in our Mill/Turn cell at a well-established aerospace manufacturing company.

Role Overview

Lead and manage the Mill/Turn cell operations Utilize advanced CMZ Mill/Turn machinery Design, refine, and implement efficient manufacturing methods Program, set, and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize processes for high-precision aerospace parts Program and run CNC lathes and mill-turn machines Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality standards Accurately log cycle times and maintain production records Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the team

Requirements

Background in aerospace or high-precision engineering Skilled in CNC operation and offline programming Experience with materials like stainless steel, titanium, and similar alloys Apprentice-trained or equivalent hands-on experience
