Join a Leading Aerospace Manufacturer as a CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist to lead our Mill/Turn cell within a reputable aerospace manufacturing company.

Position Summary

Oversee and manage operations within the Mill/Turn cell Operate advanced CMZ Mill/Turn equipment Develop, improve, and implement efficient manufacturing processes Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components
Main Responsibilities

Create and refine processes for manufacturing aerospace parts with tight tolerances Program and operate CNC lathes and mill-turn machines Ensure quality standards are met through precise machining Record cycle times accurately and maintain comprehensive production documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team
Candidate Requirements

Experience in aerospace or high-precision engineering environments Proficient in CNC programming and offline programming techniques Familiarity with materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and similar alloys Apprentice-trained or equivalent hands-on experience
