, taking on a key leadership role within our advanced Mill/Turn department. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled machinist to contribute to the production of precision components while driving improvements in efficiency and workflow.

Role Overview:

Lead day-to-day operations within the Mill/Turn machining cell Operate and program

CMZ Mill/Turn CNC machinery

Develop and implement improvements to enhance manufacturing processes Produce high-precision aerospace components to the highest industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate CNC lathes and mill-turn machines efficiently Continuously improve and refine machining processes to meet aerospace tolerances and specifications Maintain strict quality control and ensure all components meet technical requirements Accurately record cycle times and complete necessary production documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate closely with team members to boost productivity

What We're Looking For:

Strong CNC programming, setting, and operating experience (preferably with

CMZ Mill/Turn

machines) Proven ability to meet tight tolerances and demanding quality standards A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimisation Experience within aerospace or other high-precision industries is highly desirable Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support team members
