Position Overview:

Oversee daily operations within the Mill/Turn machining cell Operate and program CMZ Mill/Turn CNC machines Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase manufacturing productivity Produce high-precision aerospace parts that adhere to strict industry standards
Main Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mill-turn machines with accuracy Continuously optimize machining processes to meet aerospace tolerances and specifications Enforce strict quality control to ensure all parts meet technical requirements Document cycle times and production data accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and collaborate with team members to boost efficiency
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation, preferably with CMZ Mill/Turn machines Demonstrated ability to work within tight tolerances and uphold high-quality standards Strong problem-solving skills focused on process optimization Experience in aerospace or other precision-focused industries is highly desirable Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and support team members
