CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist - Aerospace Industry

Join a leading aerospace manufacturing company as a CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist and lead our Mill/Turn department. You'll contribute to producing precise aerospace components, drive process improvements, and enhance workflow efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations in the Mill/Turn machining cell

- Operate and program CMZ Mill/Turn CNC machines

- Identify opportunities to boost manufacturing productivity

- Produce high-precision aerospace parts meeting strict industry standards

- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mill-turn machines accurately

- Optimize machining processes to meet aerospace tolerances

- Enforce quality control and document production data

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with teams

Requirements:

- Extensive CNC programming, setup, and operation experience (CMZ Mill/Turn preferred)

- Ability to work within tight tolerances and uphold quality standards

- Strong problem-solving skills for process optimization

- Aerospace or precision industry experience is a plus

- Leadership skills to mentor and support team members
