Job Opportunity: CNC Turner

We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner who can set up, operate, and ideally program Fanuc lathes (both Sliding head and Fixed head) to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and run CNC turning machines to manufacture precise parts. Program and fine-tune CNC machines using SolidWorks and CAD software. Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Work with team members to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and storage. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:

Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC machinery. Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software applications. Experience in fabricating and programming CNC turning machines. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Ability to handle hand tools and materials safely and effectively. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience with welding and assembly processes is desirable.

Pay: Up to 58,500.00 per year
