TekAlloy are proud to be working with a leading engineering and manufacturing businesses in our area.

They are looking for CNC Turners/Borers to join their team on a full time and permanent basis, Joining a team of long servers and some highly skilled Engineers, the successful person will work on large one off jobs and components. Manufacturing a range of components for use in mining, Materials handling and Lifting equipment.

Days/Nights both available

Duties

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations Select and use appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling for each job Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Experience working in a jobbing shop environment Familiarity with Fanuc or Siemens controls Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
