Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner capable of setting up, operating, and programming Fanuc lathes to manufacture high-precision components. Our diverse projects span multiple industries and involve a range of CNC lathe types, including fixed head, sliding head, and multi-axis machines.

Essential Qualifications:

Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of CNC turning processes Experience with hand tools and material handling Fundamental math skills for precise measurements and calculations Background in assembly and welding procedures Familiarity with fabrication techniques and CAD software, such as SolidWorks Understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and milling operations
Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC turning machines to produce precise parts in accordance with specifications Design and modify components using SolidWorks and other CAD software Perform assembly tasks while maintaining quality control and safety compliance Carry out fabrication and welding activities using appropriate tools and machinery Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems to ensure machinery runs smoothly Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflows
