Overview

We are seeking a skilled Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various hand tools and machinery. This role is essential in producing high quality components in line with engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Duties:

Set up and operate CNC milling and routing machines Read and work from technical and engineering drawings Perform routine quality checks on finished components Maintain a clean and safe working environment Support continuous improvement and production efficiency

What we are looking for:

CNC Machinists with a technical qualification or hands-on workshop experience Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC machines Experience with Haas machines is highly desirable Familiarity with MasterCam software would be a strong advantage Ability to work independently and produce to tight tolerances
