Job Description

Aspire Create is a leading specialist in high-end joinery and interior fit-out, and we are continuing to grow. With increasing orders and an exciting investment in a brand-new SCM Morbidelli x200 cell CNC machine, we are looking for a skilled and competent CNC Machinist to join our team and help take our production to the next level of quality.

The Role:

Operating and programming CNC machinery (Alphacam knowledge is desirable) Producing precision components for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects Working closely with our workshop team to maintain the highest standards of craftmanship Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality at every stage of the production Producing joinery items using saws, spindle, planer
What We're Looking For:

Previous CNC machining experience (Woodwork or Joinery background preferred) Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolereances A proactive, team-oriented attitude
