?? What You'll Do

Lead customer-focused new product development projects from concept to commercialisation. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions aligned with end-use requirements. Provide technical guidance on process optimisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Manage laboratory and pilot line activities, ensuring robust scale-up and quality standards. Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, becoming a technical advisor in your field. Apply Six Sigma and practical problem-solving principles to design and trial new products. Support strategic initiatives including export control, IP management, and chemical safety compliance. Carry out structured, repetitive practical processes requiring a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. Travel on occasion to customers and trade shows as required

?? What You'll Bring

Essential:

A degree or higher in Chemistry Experience in a technical role, ideally within materials science or a related field.

Desirable:

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Design for Six Sigma qualification. PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project management training. Advanced data analysis skills including DOE and process capability assessment.
