Co-Pilot Business Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Co-Pilot Business Platform Engineer to join our friendly team to work closely with our customers to develop their technology journey.

The Role

As a Co-Pilot Business Platform Engineer, you will oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, while also helping develop our AI offering for customers and prospects. With an enthusiastic and personable approach, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships. You will present and promote the Seriun brand and full product range to customers, identifying gaps in their current offering and highlighting opportunities for cross-selling our alternative services, specifically around AI and power platforms.

General duties will include:

Working with the board and sales team to grow the AI side of the business.

Learning and keeping on top of the changes in the Microsoft AI Ecosystem.

Working with Microsoft through vendors to achieve all the following goals.

Providing training to customers on Microsoft CoPilot

Developing CoPilot Studio Agents.

Developing Power Platform solutions either to be free-standing or work with CoPilot.

Completing scoping calls with customers to document their processes.

Complete audits of the business or customer for process reviews.

Working with our Cyber team to ensure best practice security is aligned on Modern Workplace tenants.

Ensuring projects meet deadlines.

Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Reporting and escalating to management as needed.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.

Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

Developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.

Delivering suitable on-site work when requested by other teams within the business, such as delivering training or very basic setup within experience range to assist with any resource limitations within the business.

About You

You will have:

Strong experience in the Microsoft AI world.

Experience in delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions to SMEs.

Strong understanding of IT and telecoms support.

Ability to build rapport

Good time management

Communication/negotiation skills

Experience in IT/telecoms support

A valid UK driving license
