We're Hiring: Co-Production, Participation & Engagement Manager

Location: Warford / Blended Working Option

Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role:

As our Co-Production, Participation and Engagement Manager, you'll be a change-maker -- leading our efforts to embed co-production across all services. From supporting our vibrant People's Council and DL Radio Station, to creating meaningful work experience and employment opportunities, you'll ensure that the voices of the people we support shape every aspect of our work.


You'll also lead our engagement with families, building strong, collaborative relationships that reflect our belief in partnership and transparency.

What You'll Champion:

Co-production and participation strategy across the charity. Family engagement and working groups. Personalisation, independence, and choice in service delivery. Opportunities for volunteering, work experience, and paid employment. The smooth running of our David Lewis Live Radio Station. Surveys and feedback mechanisms that drive real change.

Who You Are:

You're someone who:Believes in people-led change. Has experience in co-production, social care, education, or health. Is a confident facilitator and relationship-builder. Thrives on collaboration and innovation. Is organised, proactive, and passionate about inclusion.

What You'll Need:

Experience in co-production or participation roles. A degree or equivalent (Level 3 minimum, willing to work towards Level 4). Strong communication and IT skills. A commitment to strength-based approaches and advocacy.

Desirable:

Experience in managing services for people with additional needs. Familiarity with commissioning or report writing.
