Would you relish the chance to build confidence, ignite ambition and drive success for students? Do you want to be at the heart of the learner journey, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and support to excel in their careers?
As Coach and Mentor, you will support the journey for apprentices within large employer partnerships. Acting as both a Coach and Mentor, you will ensure that learners make timely academic and vocational progress while also receiving the pastoral support needed to succeed. You will work closely with employers, curriculum teams, and internal departments to maintain high standards of delivery, particularly around knowledge, skills and behaviours and End Point Assessment readiness. A core responsibility is to champion learner success, identifying barriers early, and delivering timely, tailored support to ensure achievement. Your role is crucial in driving learner and employer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored guidance.
You will demonstrate excellence in your support by utilising both in person and online activities.
