Coach Coordinator

to join the team at Boundary Outlet, Colne.


As one of the UK's leading retail destinations, we welcome a large number of visiting coach parties. The Coach Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring every group has a memorable shopping experience, encouraging repeat visits, and strengthening our relationships with coach operators, group organisers, and local businesses.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming coach groups on arrival and delivering a first-class visitor experience. Building strong relationships with coach operators and group organisers to secure repeat business. Promoting our facilities, in-store offers, and events to encourage spend and enhance the customer journey. Assisting with the planning and delivery of in-store events and experiences. Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring visits are organised effectively and delivered on time. Supporting the wider team with administration, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of coach visits. Acting as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring all communications are professional and timely.

What we're looking for

A confident, personable individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. Customer-focused with the ability to provide a warm, professional welcome. Previous experience in travel, tourism, events, hospitality, or customer care is desirable. Strong administration skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of the local area and visitor attractions would be an advantage. Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, evenings, and additional hours during busy periods.
