Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Coach Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their designated locations while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of vehicle operation, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes and schedules. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the Coach is in good working condition, including checking mechanical systems. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Coach interior. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety at all times. Keep accurate records of passenger counts and any incidents that may occur during transit. Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.

Experience

Previous 5yrs experience as a Coach driver is a must. Over 30's only. A valid commercial driving licence is required with cat D. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling the driver to perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle.
