The Role

:

Take the wheel of our sleek inter-city coaches and transport passengers across the UK with safety and style Provide top-tier customer care, injecting every journey with energy and enthusiasm Maintain impeccable standards of vehicle cleanliness and personal presentation Ensure compliance with driving regulations and company policies

Working Pattern:

You'll work on a roster with varying shifts consisting of earlies, middle and lates. Rota changes happen on average twice a year, with only small tweaks in between when routes change.

Long Haul Coach Work:

This is intercity coach work, focused on routes including London Heathrow, Gatwick Airport, London Victoria and Cardiff and Swansea.

Your Own Coach:

While you're out on the road, the coach feels like yours. You'll do a simple end-of-trip tidy, so the coach is ready for the next passengers.

Great Pay Rates:

Earn 15.06/hr (Mon-Fri) and 18.36/hr (Sat-Sun). You're paid sign-on to sign-off, with paid breaks (no break deductions).

Deserved Time Off:

You'll receive 20 paid holiday days plus 8 bank holidays. After 5 years' service, you get an extra week of annual leave. You also get a paid day off for your birthday each year.

Training & Development:

In-depth paid training is providedalong with mentoring, plus paid ongoing CPC training.

Travel & Perks:
