Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Coach Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial driving and demonstrate excellent communication skills. As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies, as well as maintaining the vehicle in good cleanliness.

The current vacancies posted are predominantly on Monday to Friday working pattern, overtime will be available at weekends at a higher rate of pay. The successful candidates will work from either of our sites.

Duties

Operate coach safely and efficiently, adhering to scheduled routes and timetables along with private hire which includes planning and preparation. Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit, including assisting with boarding and disembarking as necessary. We operate a modern fleet including PSVAR vehicles. Conduct daily walkaround inspections of the vehicle, checking for mechanical issues and reporting any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any delays or changes. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within our operations.

Qualifications

Must hold D category driving licence. Must hold valid Driver CPC. Previous experience as a coach driver is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with passengers and colleagues.

Pay: From 12.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
