This is a part-time coaching position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right individual. You'll deliver both group and individual coaching, support client journeys, and play an active role in our team culture.
We're specifically looking for a coach with a genuine interest or expertise in women's health and wellness - someone who understands the unique needs and goals of this population and can bring that insight into our training environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large group coaching sessions with energy, clarity, and presence
Deliver and assist with small group personal training and 1:1 sessions
Contribute to the onboarding and development of members
Maintain high coaching standards across movement, communication, and safety
Uphold and promote our culture and core values
Collaborate with the wider team on education, programming, and community events
Support gym upkeep and day-to-day operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent)
A passion for coaching and helping people improve their lives through fitness
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
A team-first mindset and a high sense of personal responsibility
Preferred (but not essential):
Experience in coaching group classes
Knowledge of women's health and fitness considerations
Background in functional fitness or strength & conditioning
First aid certification
