The Role
This is a
coaching-focused role
with a strong emphasis on member experience.
Your responsibility is to deliver high-quality coaching sessions and ensure every member feels supported, respected, and confident in the Ludus environment.
You will:
Coach group training sessions to a consistently high standard
Deliver excellent customer service on the gym floor
Build strong, professional relationships with members
Support members with clarity, encouragement, and accountability
Follow Ludus coaching systems and standards
Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and professional gym environment

This role is

Anyone who sees customer service as secondary to coaching
Essential Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 coaching qualification
Strong communication and people skills
High personal standards and professionalism
Willingness to learn and follow established systems
Genuine interest in helping people achieve long-term results
Preferred (But Not Essential)
Nutrition coaching experience
Rehab or injury-awareness experience
Experience coaching group sessions
Background in customer-facing roles

What We Offer
Contractor role, 40 hours per week
27,000 - 30,000 per year, depending on experience
