Job Description
Unleash & Engage are a coaching company that specialises in coaching Sustainable Operational Excellence (SOE). We are seeking experienced Operational Excellence Coaches to join our gang and work on a variety of future deployments across the UK.
As an Operational Excellence Coach, you will work alongside our client's team to improve their operations, provide guidance and support, by implementing our unique coaching framework. You will have around 10 years+ of OpEx experience with a preferred approach of coaching rather than consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
Working on a client site, 5 days a week; shoulder to shoulder with a small group of coachees using our unique coaching framework over 14-week deployments Provide guidance and support, to our client's team members Work collaboratively with other coaches to continuously improve the delivery of the programme Embody the Unleash and Engage culture and values of trust, respect and collaboration
Who we are looking for:
10 years of OpEx experience Coaches not consultants - so you will need to demonstrate your coaching style to us Willingness to obtain UK security clearance A down-to-earth personality Curiosity and willingness to learn Ability to challenge and hold others accountable A person who is comfortable with being uncomfortable A good listener and straight-talking Ability to coach rather than solve problems - we do not pick up the pen!
