Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Working Coatings Supervisor working nationally. The Coatings Supervisor will oversee daily on site operations related to Surface preparation & coatings application, particularly focusing on tank linings. Responsibilities include supervising and working with other staff on site, ensuring quality cis maintained on projects and other duties in the smooth operation of the work scope. The role also involves basic inspections and adherence to project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and experience in supervising teams Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills Experience with coatings and linings in industrial settings proficient in laptop use and Microsoft office etc and is comfortable doing reports etc Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certifications such as CCNSG, Confined Space etc Driving Licence Level one coating inspection (preferred but not essential, training for right candidate)

Package
