The role: Residing in the heart of the Queens Quarter, House Belfast hotel and bar is designed with elegance, comfort and you in mind. The venue strives to combine business and pleasure when you stay in one of 31 beautifully designed boutique bedrooms. We are looking to add a Cocktail Bartender to our exciting team, to expand our already bustling business.

Key duties will include:

Maintain a high standard of bar service, from bar cleaniness to cocktail and drink serves Confidently run a bar shift both with the team and by yourself Give personal attention, take personal responsibility, and use teamwork to provide excellent guest service Provide technical information about the venue's offer to customers Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations Dealing with customer feedback
