We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and eager individual to join our team as a Bartender. While previous bartending experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers warmly and engage with them to determine their beverage preferences. Make recommendations and take accurate drink orders. Inform customers about new beverages and specials. Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages promptly. Verify customers' legal age for alcohol purchase by checking identification. Take inventory and ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked throughout the shift. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, returning correct change. Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing rubbish, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink preparation and serving techniques is preferred. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. Experience working in fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environments. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills to serve customers efficiently and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Experience with classic cocktails and freepouring is preferred, though not essential.

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
