Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting environment, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Uphold high standards of customer service while managing time effectively during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing strong hospitality skills. Any candidates must have at least 1 years experience as a cocktail bartender to be considered for the role. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Basic math skills are required for handling cash and processing orders efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members. A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
