Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and assistance in selecting beverages. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in the training of new staff members in bartending techniques and customer service standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards at the bar. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour to engage with guests effectively. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others create enjoyable experiences.
