Are you an expert cocktail maker? Can you deliver shaken and stirred? If so then we are looking for an experienced or aspirational Cocktail Bar Tender to join our team.


Our bars offer something different to the usual hotel bar and our guests expect a high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment when grabbing a drink; whether it be a quick one after work, before a night out or as part of the wider food & beverage experience.

Key responsibilities for the Cocktail Bars Tender are;

Deliver excellent customer service at all times. Have the drive to make our bar a destination for residents and local guests. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Ensure mixology is established as one of the

Unique Selling Points

of the hotel. Ensure that theatre is a part of drinks service, whether creating at the bar or when served at the table. Maximise sales through product knowledge and 'up selling' in a positive and friendly manner. Keep up to date with current promotions and new products. Assist the bars manager in creating new and exciting cocktail ideas. Use your eye for quality to ensure our offering is high quality and always to standard. Ensure high standards in all cocktails and drinks are delivered and maintained at all times. Conduct gin tours and gin tasting sessions.

Desired attributes for the Cocktail Bar Tender include;

Experience of working within a similar, fast paced environment. A passion and awareness of current trends within the industry. Ability to work under pressure Creative passion - using the best ingredients to make cocktails and curate an excellent drinks list. Excellent communicator with the ability to excite and captivate your audience.
