WANTED: People, people. (who want to bartend like pros)
Come work at a new opening bar - somewhere between your favourite living room and a slice of NYC.
We're on the hunt for people who can yap -- the kind who make a room feel good just by being in it. You don't need to be a cocktail wizard (yet, we'll help with that), but you do need to care about making guests feel like they've stumbled into somewhere a little bit special.
Here's what the job actually is:
Your usual week will be
4 days a week
,35 hours contract
, no zero-hour nonsense. Pay isabove minimum wage
, withservice charge split pro rata.
You'll do a mix offloor shifts and bar shifts
while we teach you the good stuff -- how to talk about food and drink with confidence, how to make a proper stirred down boozy thing, how to pour wine without looking like a pretentious tit. You'll geton-the-job training
, workshops, brand-led tastings, and we'll even sneak in some industry events that are actually fun.You should apply here if:
