As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or serving role. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to mixology and beverage preparation.
