We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating delightful beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and answering queries about the menu. Process payments accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Personal Alcohol prefered Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or serving role. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
