Cocktail Bartender
Job Description
We are looking for a professional, high-energy Bartender with excellent communication skills to serve in our fast past restaurant . The successful candidate will need to have a neat appearance, be confident, friendly and have a good knowledge on all of our drinks to provide recommendations to customers.
The job roles will include:
- Welcoming customers, ensuring all their needs are met.
- Listening to customers to determine beverage preferences and providing recommendations based on this.
- Taking drinks orders.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing drinks and serving drinks to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handling cash, credit and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to customers.
- Maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements:
- Experience making and serving cocktails.
- Experience working on a bar.
- Meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.
- High communication skills.
- An eye for detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
