We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while expertly serving beverages and managing the bar area efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with our recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills to process payments. Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy shifts. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
