We are looking for experienced cocktail mixologist!

a fluent knowledge of classic cocktails is a MUST as it's our main product!

Ability to create a new flavours and tasty alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

Free pouring is also a key skill as we are a fast paced venue with one cocktail bartender during the week and 2 over weekend.
A skilled and passionate Bartender Who is happy to work on the floor too Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons and ability to showcase your knowledge of classics.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mostly cocktails to customers with precision and creativity. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

Previous experience in COCKTAIL BARS is a MUST Great attention to Detal Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices Proficiency in setting your cocktail bar station Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
